Roles and Responsibilities

• The storekeeper is responsible for receiving and inspecting all incoming materials and reconciling them with purchase orders, and invoices.
• The storekeeper will monitor and pro‐actively take action in response to site needs/ requests for construction materials, issue materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes/material lists from the Site Engineer.

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree qualification with at least 5 years work experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Follow up to ensure compliance with approved project construction budgets and be responsible for implementing the materials and labor schedule.
• Shall Vet all construction requests against materials and labor schedule before forwarding for the MD’s approval
• Shall ensure value for money and cost management for all labor payment requests.
• Shall oversee the submission and costing of all procurements, contractors, and supplies.
• Shall ensure cost-related wastages are eliminated.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Quantity Surveyor with practical experience in cost control
• Must have worked in a reputable company under supervision and with at least 7 years of active experience.

Responsibilities

• Shall oversee the activities and inputs of all members of the project team.
• Shall oversee the activities of all project supervisors attached to our projects and ensure conformity with the company’s standard, work program, and cost management.
• Shall implement quality control team measures and DCP construction policy.
• The project manager shall conduct routine inspections with our external project consultant to enforce our construction standards and project designs in strict terms.
• Shall ensure that the project teams are up to speed with their responsibilities and are coordinating their affairs to guarantee expected successes as detailed in our construction policy documents and checklist.
• Prepare weekly, and monthly project work schedules in conjunction with all Project Supervisors of assigned projects.
• Shall be part of the staff recruitment processes for the project team
• Shall oversee the project planning, preparation, and execution.

Qualifications

• Must have additional Engineering qualification (M.Sc) and COREN & NSE certified
• Must have worked in a reputable consultant company under the mentorship and with at least 20 years of active experience
• Must have held a similar position at reputable construction companies or real estate firms for at least 5 years with verifiable projects and recommendations from an immediate past employer.
• Should have a specialty in structures and creative knowledge in finishings.

Job Responsibilities

• Shall be in charge of the site engineers and all staff and contractors on the assigned project.
• Shall ensure implementation of all instructions from the project director, project manager, and external structural/quality control team (consultants) to ensure conformity with engineering standards, offerings to our subscribers, and DCP construction policy.
• Ensure that the site engineers and all associated staff are up to speed with their responsibilities and are coordinating their affairs in a manner that guarantees expected successes in line with our construction policy documents and checklist.
• Shall ensure construction works are in-line with project designs and without errors.
• Ensure maximum utilization of money and materials meant for site use and would be held liable for wastages on site.

Qualifications

• Must have additional Engineering qualification (M.Sc) and COREN & NSE certified
• Must have worked in a reputable consultant company under mentorship and with at least 12 years of active experience and a specialty in structures.
