Project Supervisor at DreamCity Properties

Job Responsibilities

• Shall be in charge of the site engineers and all staff and contractors on the assigned project.
• Shall ensure implementation of all instructions from the project director, project manager, and external structural/quality control team (consultants) to ensure conformity with engineering standards, offerings to our subscribers, and DCP construction policy.
• Ensure that the site engineers and all associated staff are up to speed with their responsibilities and are coordinating their affairs in a manner that guarantees expected successes in line with our construction policy documents and checklist.
• Shall ensure construction works are in-line with project designs and without errors.
• Ensure maximum utilization of money and materials meant for site use and would be held liable for wastages on site.

Qualifications

• Must have additional Engineering qualification (M.Sc) and COREN & NSE certified
• Must have worked in a reputable consultant company under mentorship and with at least 12 years of active experience and a specialty in structures.
