    Store Officer (Electrical Spares & Inventory Management)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Store Officer to manage and oversee inventory related to electrical engineering spares.
    • The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills, hands-on experience with inventory software, and be proficient in using Excel Pivot Tables for data management and reporting.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of electrical engineering spares and materials.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, movements, and stock adjustments.
    • Create and update inventory records using spreadsheets and inventory management systems.
    • Prepare regular stock reports using Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in Pivot Tables for data analysis and reporting.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND, B.ENG in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
    • 2+ years proven experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or similar roles, preferably handling electrical spares.
    • Strong knowledge of electrical parts and materials.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel — ability to create and manage Pivot Tables is mandatory.

    Job Summary

    Account Assistant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the management and oversight of the company's bank accounts.
    • Reconcile bank Payment Vouchers with internal accounting records of bank payments regularly.
    • Ensure the accurate recording of all deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
    • Manage petty cash and process related payment vouchers.
    • Prepare payment vouchers for suppliers, contractors, and other third parties under supervision.
    • Assist in managing receipts and ensuring proper documentation of all financial transactions.
    • Support communication with banks to help resolve any discrepancies or issues.
    • Assist in the preparation of basic financial statements, including supporting schedules.
    • Maintain accurate records of company expenditures, receipts, and income.
    • Track and process invoices and receipts from customers and suppliers.
    • Provide support during month-end and year-end closing procedures.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager or senior accounting staff.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree
    • A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Accounting or Banking. 
    • Experience within the trading industry.

    Auto-Mechanic - Heavy Duty

    Key Responsibilities

    • Fixing giant forklifts like 16-ton Hyster and Taylor models.
    • Working on huge cranes (30 & 35-ton Grove Cranes).
    • Becoming a master of hydraulic systems – you'll diagnose and repair all hydraulic issues like leaks and faulty valves.
    • Repairing and overhauling engines, especially if you know Cummins engines.
    • Handling all brake systems (air and hydraulic).
    • Taking charge of steering and axle repairs.
    • Doing routine service and maintenance like a pro.
    • Fixing and overhauling transmissions.
    • Solving any engine or hydraulic problem that comes your way.
    • Replacing seals on hydraulic cylinders.
    • Troubleshooting and repairing mast and carriage issues on forklifts.
    • Working with electrical systems and controllers.

    Qualifications

    • Trade test certificate with a Minimum of 10 years hands-on experience as an Auto Mechanic.
