    Requirements
    To qualify for the role you must have:

    • A Bachelor's Degree, preferably with an emphasis on law, accounting, finance or a related field and 1–3 years of relevant indirect tax experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

    • Excellent management and organizational skills.
    • Advanced written and verbal skills.
    • Fluently bilingual (written and verbal).

    Your key responsibilities
    As a Manager, you will actively work on the finalized deliverables on projects/services in the domain of Indirect Tax. Your main responsibilities as senior consultant are:

    • Assist and advise clients regarding VAT matters.
    • Dealing with a variety of assignments, including participating in meetings allowing you to start building trusted relationships with our clients.
    • Stay up-to-date regarding market changes, upgrade your VAT technical expertise and develop a broader knowledge around your client portfolio.
    • Maintain long-term collaborative and profitable relationships with your client and pro-actively identify and inform of possible new missions or opportunities in the existing portfolio
    • Proactively communicate and collaborate with your colleagues of the team and supervise work (quality, workload, …) of juniors and escalate observation to the executive

    • Master's Degree in Law or Economics, Commercial Engineer or a comparable background.

    As a Regulatory Compliance Associate, you will be a part of our Regulatory and Company Secretarial team.  You will be part of a team who identifies planning opportunities to help clients fulfill compliance responsibilities, avoid penalties as well as minimize compliance burdens.     Role Summary

    As an Associate, you will support the delivery of company secretarial, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance services to clients, ensuring alignment with applicable regulatory frameworks and internal quality standards.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in company secretarial, regulatory compliance and governance support, including:
      • Preparation of board and shareholder meeting documentation
      • Maintenance of statutory registers and corporate records on clients’ behalf

    • Manage clients’ compliance obligations.
    • Support clients in regulatory compliance, including the timely preparation and submission of regulatory filings such as annual returns, or a timely response to regulatory circulars
    • Support clients to obtain necessary licenses, liaise with regulators, and ensure policy updates

    To qualify for the role you must have

    • Bachelor's degree in law (at least a second-class upper division)
    • Minimum of 6 years of relevant regulatory compliance experience or equivalent experience in business or industry
    • Excellent managerial, organizational and written communication skills
