    Sr. Civil Engineer

    Role:

    • Support the head of the real estate business of coronation real estate development limited in all aspects related to auto-cad drawings & site management of ongoing and upcoming projects. The role is based out of Nigeria.

    Role Objective:

    • To prepare BOQ, BOM, Estimates, Auto cad drawings and site management issues arising out of all ongoing and upcoming construction projects of the group at Nigeria

    Qualifications:

    • B.E (Civil Engineer) or Diploma in Civil Engineer(from top 100 colleges of India)

    Experience:

    • 5 to 7 years of experience in site planning (QS & Auto cad is must) of Commerical /housing projects/ industrial sheds/ PEB.
    • Candidate should be a 30% Auto cad drawing profile with 70% expertise in planning of site management
    • Candidate must have handled projects of commerical/ housing and industrial sheds

    Required Technical skills and experience:

    • Preparing Auto cad drawings & aspects related to commercial, office, residential and industrial and issues arising out of its project execution
    • Software technics Inclusive M S Office, M S Projects Staad Pro etc.
    • Preparation of civil and structural drawings
    • Quantity Surveying process and technics inclusive.cost estimates, Rate analysis, Comparative matrix, RFQ,BOQ,BOM, scrutinise/certification of valuations/bills.
    • Knowledge in PEB

    Finance Controller

    Role: 

    • To head the Finance & Accounts function “End to end” of any of our group companies based in OGUN state in Nigeria, which about an hours drive from the Lagos International Airport.

    Role Objective:

    • The role is that of a business partner and mainly provide 360 degrees support to the Entity MD in the overall Profit and Loss responsibility, cost issues etc.
    • As a senior member of the Entity Management team, he is responsible for inculcating transparency, accountability and governance at the same time responsible for the overall financial prudence and control by maintaining the right equilibrium between ‘conscience keeping’ and  ‘P&L delivery’.
    • The deliverables include Ensuring effective Financial Management through financial planning and control, budgeting and fund management, effectively managing working capital issues, treasury and bank relations.

    Qualifications: 

    • Basic degree in Finance with requisite professional qualification, i.e. ACA. (Those not ACA need not apply).

    Experience: 

    • Should have experience in handling finance functions independently in a unit/ organization with an annual turnover of about US $50M. Should have exposure to fund management/working capital arrangement from Banks, accounting, MIS, treasury, auditing etc.
    • He should have 10 – 20 years of experience of which, 3 years should be as Head of Finance / independent in charge of the Finance function of a company. African experience is essential and the Nigerian experience is desirable.

    This position will have the overall accountability to:

    • Support Entity MD to achieve the Top & Bottom line targets
    • As a member of Entity Senior Mgt team, he is accountable to ensure the business delivers the forecasted Revenue, Net sales and Net Margins as per the Annual Operating Plan.
    • Ensure that the required financial procedures and practices are put at place and required SOPs / Accounting standard are developed and implemented and play a key role managing change in ERP switchover
    • Ensure timely arrangement of funds for all day to day expenditures and planned projects,
    • Put proper checks and systems at place to ensure timely release of payments to parties and all concerned,
    • Driving regular Internal, External and statutory audit requirement,
    • Preparation of Entity AoP, regular monitoring and reporting of related daily/ weekly/ monthly MIS data,
    • To be the custodian of the Financial Health of the entity and also the Company assets,
    • To work on cost control & reduction measures on continuous basis,
    • To ensure compliance of statutes in his field
    • To ensure adequate training is imparted to the local staff on regular basis to keep their skills updated.

    Technical skill sets:

    • High Degree of analytical ability, judgment of prudence
    • Expert-level proficiency in Excel and Tally
    • Handling both Cash & Bank transactions at a B2B and B2C levels

    Architect

    Role: 

    • Support the Head Office/ Construction head of the Real Estate business of Coronation Real Estate Development Limited in all aspects related to designs and costing aspects of on-going and upcoming projects.
    • The role is based at the HO.

    Role Objective:

    • To prepare & provide support in all design aspects including drawings), validate the costing of construction projects and BOQs, and Verify and certify the quantity & quality of the executed jobs.
    • Sorting out design-related issues handle all design (drawings) related & Site debottlenecking issues of all on-going and upcoming construction projects of the group in Nigeria.

    Qualifications: 

    • B Arch / B.E (Civil Engineering)/ Diploma in Architecture/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying.

    Experience:

    • Should have over 10 years of experience of which, 3 to 4 years should be in a role with the responsibility of construction
    • Quality & Quantity Surveying in large constructions, design (Drgs) aspects Commercial / housing projects/ Industrial sheds.
    • Must have handled projects of commercial / housing and Industrial Sheds. Exposure to West Africa will be an added advantage.

    Required Technical skills and experience:

    • Knowledge of modern architectural design concepts
    • Design (Auto Cad, incl 3D Drgs) aspects related to Commercial, Office, Residential and Industrial and issues arising out of its project execution
    • Design Management software and technics Incl M S Office, M S Projects Staad Pro, etc.,
    • Preparation of Civil & Structural drawings incl Survey maps, Topography, Land Profile, General arrangement drawings, Layouts, Master plans, and material specs preparation.
    • Quantity Surveying process and technics incl. Cost estimates, Rate analysis, Comparative matrix, RFQ, BOQ, BOM, scrutinize/Certification of Valuations/Bills.
    • Knowledge in PEB.
