Summary of Activities

• Design, Deploy and Support new network solutions and/or improve the efficiency of current networks.
• Install, configure, and support network devices and services.
• Maximise network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Perform Network Maintenance and System upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
• Provide Level- 3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
• Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company's security team
• Take professional certifications as may be required to upgrade our OEM partnership status.
• Facilitate regular product and technology training for Marketing and Knowledge sharing purposes.

Key Requirements

• Knoweldge and Experience:
• Minimum of Five years Hands-on experience deploying and Supporting the following solutions:
• LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Edge Security, ACI/Hyperflex/FlexPod

Skills:

• Documentation(Product Papers, Proposals, LLD/HLD), and Presentation Skills.

Qualication:

• Bsc; CCNP/CCIE will be an added advantage

Requirements

• B.Sc / B.Ed in Education or any relevant field
• M.Sc / M.Ed or MBA is an added advantage.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years post-NYSC teaching experience.
