    Software Quality Assurance Officer

    Main Responsibilities

    • Implement test automation across all critical application
    • Implement CI/CD tools across the QA lifecycle
    • Ensure effectiveness of the quality assurance guidelines
    • Providing feedback to all stakeholders
    • Conducting risk assessments in the testing phase
    • Perform continuous testing and upgrades when required
    • Creating and implementing new test strategies
    • Take part in the first line support in the post-go-live phase
    • Coordinates the QA team
    • Manage schedules and workloads of team members
    • Plan training and support, implement process improvements when necessary
    • Compile reports to track process efficiency, personnel performance and adherence to established service-level targets.
    • Maintain and develop deep knowledge of products, parameters and processes of CBS and applications
    • Document software, features and processes when required
    • Provide information about the products and processes in the bank

    Necessary Experience and Knowledge

    • Minimum B.Sc. / HND in Computer Science, Economics or related discipline with cognate experience
    • At least three years’ hands-on relevant professional experience in a similar role
    • A strong understanding of testing principles, methodologies and tools used in Waterfall, Agile and V-model methodologies
    • Proven track record in Testing Management experience working in an Agile/scrum context.
    • Good knowledge of business processes and/or Accounting
    • Excellent grasp of test metrics, release process and test environment principles
    • Understanding of common software failures and faults
    • Manual and Automated Testing
    • ISEB and/or ISTQB certification is an asset.
    • Experience with a Core Banking System (CBS) or a software package
    • Awareness of configuration management and change control processes is an asset.

    Corporate Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Corporate Sales Executive (CSE) is directly responsible for mobilizing deposit from High Net worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate entities to grow the Term Deposit portfolio base of the bank.
    • S/he is responsible for establishing and maintaining relations between the bank and such depositors with a high level of professionalism and best practices within the Banking Services Department.
    • S/he participates in making decisions on material issues related to his/her area of competency.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Research and identify (Lead Generation) potential depositors and deposit opportunities (corporate and high net worth individuals).
    • Make presentation and pitch Term Deposits product to potential depositors identified.
    • Mobilize Term Deposit and achieve set targets and KPIs (Number of Accounts/Volume of TDs)
    • Open Accounts, maintain and grow Term Deposit portfolio base in line with set growth targets.
    • Manage and maintain relationships with all depositors within his/her deposit portfolio including executing excellent customer service culture.
    • Preparation of weekly performance and lead report including discussing them with the CBO.
    • Understanding deposit client requirements and recommend changes/modifications to the bank where needed.
    • Manage ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the CBO

    Necessary Experience, Skills and Knowledge

    • B.Sc. or Higher National Diploma.
    • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in High networth deposit Mobilization
    • Previous or current experience in mobilizing deposits in a commercial bank is an added advantage

    Core Competencies:

    • Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in PowerPoint.
    • Strong presentation and analytical skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Proven strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
