Centrifuge Information Technology Limited is looking for an incumbent to join our sofware team and participate in our projects. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner and must be passionate about building and delivering software projects. The incumbent will learn to use Git, JavaScript, Angular, Springboot, etc.
Other responsibilities will be assigned as required to achieve this goal. The incumbent will work within a small yet, result-oriented team.
Qualification
We are seeking an intern or NYSC member with a degree in computer science, electrical/electronics engineering, or related fields. Advanced computer use is a requirement for this role. Intermediate knowledge of Git, HTML, Java, Etc. will be an added advantage. Prior knowledge of any other programing language may be considered.
Should have at least 8 months remaining before completion of the NYSC
Experience
One year of experience is required for this role. Evidence of software-related certification will be an added advantage.
Reporting line:
The incumbent will work closely with the Lead Software Developer and report to the Technical Director.

You are to provide administrative back-up to the team including but not limited to the following:
- Ensure premises are fit for purpose and suitable equipped, tidy and professional appearance is maintained.
- Work closely with the business developer to ensure quality proposals and write-ups on social media
- Carry out the filing of relevant materials and documents
- Disseminate formal communications to staff as directed by CEO and Head, Operations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the Office is well equipped, has sufficient levels of supplies (consumables, stationery, etc.)
- Take minutes of the weekly staff meeting, prepare reports and submit same.
- Support staff during workshops and events (internal and external – e.g. meetings with other teams, partners training, etc.)
- The post holder may carry out other duties in addition to, or instead of those outlined above which may reasonably be required from time to time, in order to assist HOO where necessary.
- Contact with vendors, visitors, etc.
Qualification & Experience
Administrative & General Skills:
- Level of Education – B.Sc. Degree in relevant field
- Must be undergoing the NYSC
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with proven administrative skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a constantly changing environment, meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure
- Ability to manage time and work with scheduled calendar
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal communication; fluent in English
- Ability to compose well-structured write-ups for social media purposes
- Ability to write proposals
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to both support colleagues and request support as and when required
- Computer literate and knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
