Job Description
- Support the sales team in accounts requirements.
- Collate Account Payables for the Financial Controller (FC) for approval.
- File accounts source document and ensure they are backed up on the cloud.
- Conduct monthly VAT filing.
- Conduct petty cash management and other account administrative functions
- Reconciliation of Bank Statement.
- Prepare monthly financial statement.
- Assist in accounts audit requirements.
- Suggest improvement in accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs.
- Prepare regular financial reports, Including profit & loss statements, balance sheet, cashflow statement.
