We are seeking creative and results - driven Social Media Consultant to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving ticket sales across our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly social media content strategy aligned with business goals 
• Create engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, captions) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn 
• Promote travel packages, visa services, and special offers 
• Manage daily posting, comments, and customer inquiries 
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads) 
• Monitor trends in the travel industry and create relevant content 
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and conversions 
• Track performance and submit weekly/monthly reports 
• Grow followers, engagement, and brand visibility 

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in social media management 
• Experience in the travel/tourism industry is an added advantage 
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts and generating leads 
• Strong content creation skills (graphics, video editing, copywriting) 
• Knowledge of social media tools (Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, etc.) 
• Experience running paid ads with measurable results 
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills 
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
