CWP Consultants Ltd, a multidisciplinary advisory firm specialising in construction cost management, procurement advisory, project management, PPP consulting, and infrastructure finance, is recruiting for its 2026 Built Environment Consulting Analyst Programme.

BECAP is a one-year graduate employment and development programme that develops high-potential graduates into client-facing infrastructure consultants. Analysts are employed from Day One, placed on live projects early, and supported through a 12-week intensive training phase followed by nine months of supervised deployment with increasing responsibility.

We are looking for analytical, commercially aware graduates with a minimum 2:1 in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, Economics/Finance, or Project Management.
