    Social Media Specialist

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategyaligned with business goals.
    • Manage and oversee daily activity across social media platforms(e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).
    • Create and curate engaging, high-quality content(text, image, video, and stories) in collaboration with the design and content teams.
    • Plan and manage social media campaigns, including paid advertising.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates, etc.) using analytictools.
    • Stay current on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize performance.
    • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentionsin a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and customer serviceteams to maintain brand consistency and support business initiatives.
    • Manage partnerships with influencers, creators, and external agencieswhen applicable.
    • Develop and maintain a content calendarand ensure timely publication of posts.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • 3 - 5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
    • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
    • Experience with social media management tools(e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later).
    • Proficiency in content creationand basic graphic design/video editing tools(e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).
    • Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytellingskills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.
    • Experience with social media advertisingand budget management.
    • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content marketingprinciples.
    • Familiarity with analytics platforms(Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).

    I.T Admin / Web Designer

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the redesign, editing and uploading of graphics and contents on the website
    • Develop the layout and the overall look of thewebsite.
    • Create graphic and media essentials using Photoshop, Flash and other media applications.
    • Responsible for programming in HTML and CSS.
    • Write and edit content for the website
    • He/she would be responsible for how the website looks. Would create the site's layout and integrate graphics, applications (suchas a retail checkout tool), and other content.
    • Write web design programs in a variety of computer languages,suchas HTML or JavaScript.
    • Make use of graphics and graphic design software e.g Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc. to create a look for the web which is then married with coding to bring it to lifeonline.
    • Provide concepts and ideas to plan out the designing of the website
    • Modify current web graphics and software packages and formulate programming codes
    • Manage the site appearance by suitably placing the links, action buttons, text, and images and determining appropriate backgrounds, color schemes, and other visual facets
    • Direct visitors to other regions of the website through relevant links, clear categorization, and easy navigation
    • Work in collaboration with graphic professionals and copywriters to generate and modify the graphical and textual content of the websites
    • Perform site maintenance by regularly updating the site content and implementing appropriate display modulars
    • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
    • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
    • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
    • Providing technical support across the company
    • Setting up accounts for new users
    • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
    • Testing new technology
    • Undertakes such other duties and responsibilities of an equivalent nature, as required from time to time.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 4 - 6 years work experience.
