    Social Media Manager / Content Creator

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media channels, and executing digital storytelling strategies that align with the brand’s goals.
    • This is a hybrid role, requiring a combination of remote work and periodic in-office collaboration for planning sessions, content shoots, and strategy meetings.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and TikTok
    • Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules
    • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online communities
    • Track and report social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions)

    Content Creation:

    • Create high-quality digital content including graphics, videos, reels, and short-form content
    • Write engaging captions, articles, and brand-aligned messaging
    • Collaborate on content ideas for campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling
    • Edit videos and visuals using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar tools

    Strategy & Campaigns:

    • Support the development of digital marketing and content strategies
    • Execute campaign ideas to drive brand awareness and audience engagement
    • Conduct competitor and trend analysis to inform content direction

    Brand Management:

    • Ensure consistency in brand tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms
    • Maintain a strong and professional online brand presence
    • Work closely with internal teams to align content with business objectives

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in social media management and content creation
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
    • Excellent writing and storytelling skills
    • Proficiency in design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, etc.)
    • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
    • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills
