    Social Media Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement and manage company's social media strategy
    • Manage and oversee social media content
    • Measure the success of every social media campaign
    • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
    • Use social media marketing tools
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
    • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
    • Build a strong presence in the social media space
    • Provide constructive feedback
    • Adhere to rules and regulations
    • Present to Senior Management

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • B.Sc Degree in Marketing or relevant field
    • 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
    • Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
    • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
    • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
    • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
    • Good understanding of social media KPIs
    • Excellent multitasking skills
    • Great leadership skills
    • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
    • Team player
    • Good time-management skills
    • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

    Training Manager

    Job Description

    • Identify training needs, plan and implement training programs that will improve employee performance.
    • Design quarterly and annual training program that cuts across all departments of the organization.
    • Prepare budget for training programs.
    • Schedule employees for training
    • Oversee employee post training progress and performance.
    • Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis.
    • Prepare and deliver training courses.
    • Implement training KPIs.

    Requirements / Skills / Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field (essential).
    • A minimum of 2 years experience in training and development management (essential) preferably from FMCG/Food industries.
    • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
    • Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills.
    • Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
    • Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
    • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
    • Strategic and creative mindset.

    Salary
    N200,000 / month.

    Corper (NYSC Corps Member)

    Job Description

    • Participate in procurement of goods and services in compliance with the Procurement policy.
    • Participate in preparing the Comparative Bid Analysis for procurement and ensuring that the information on the bid analysis and accompanying documents are correct to ensure that all the procurements are done according to the policy.
    • Following up with suppliers to get fiscal tax invoices
    • Ensure that all procurements and logistics are in line with donor rules and regulations
    • Facilitate the quality and quantity control of procured goods and services as per specifications and arrangements set out in the Requisitions, Purchase Orders or Consultancy Contracts
    • Assist in preparing procurement packages for final payment
    • Perform other related duties and activities as instructed by the supervisor.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 0 - 1 years work experience.

    Salary
    N30,000 / month.
