    Social Media Lead

    Role Summary

    • This role owns Ruff ‘n’ Tumble’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, driving brand storytelling, community engagement, and measurable business impact.
    • You will combine strategy, creativity, and hands-on content execution to bring the brand to life in a premium and engaging way.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and execute social media strategy aligned to brand and commercial goals
    • Manage monthly content calendar across campaigns, launches, and seasonal moments
    • Lead TikTok growth strategy with platform-native content
    • Stay ahead of trends, formats, and algorithm changes

    Content Creation & Execution

    • Collaborate with creative and styling teams to deliver high-quality content
    • Create day-to-day content including product features and behind-the-scenes moments
    • Produce basic photography, short-form videos, and quick edits
    • Write compelling, brand-aligned captions and copy
    • Maintain a consistent premium brand tone and aesthetic

    Community Management

    • Manage daily engagement across all platforms (comments, DMs, mentions)
    • Build relationships with influencers, parent communities, and brand advocates
    • Manage influencer collaborations from briefing to reporting

    Analytics & Reporting

    • Track and report performance across all platforms monthly
    • Analyse engagement, reach, and conversion metrics
    • Use insights to improve content strategy and performance

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
    • 3–5 years’ experience in social media management (retail, fashion, or lifestyle brand preferred)
    • Strong Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok growth experience
    • Excellent copywriting and brand storytelling skills
    • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
    • Strong understanding of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics)
    • Strong visual and aesthetic sense
    • Portfolio of social media work required
