This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Lagos. The Social Media Content Creator will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to promote TPPC’s brand, products, and sustainability mission. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, producing short-form videos, graphics, and written posts, and adapting content to each platform’s best practices. The role involves monitoring social media channels, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers and relevant communities to build brand awareness. The Social Media Content Creator will collaborate with marketing and design teams to align campaigns with broader marketing goals, track performance metrics, and adjust content strategy based on data and insights.
Qualifications
Strong skills in social media content creation, including short-form video production, basic graphic design, and copywriting for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
Experience in social media strategy, content planning, and community management, with the ability to grow and engage audiences.
Proficiency with social media management and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, scheduling tools, and analytics dashboards).
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, brand storytelling, and trends in sustainability, packaging, or environmental topics.
Great at storytelling
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and strong editing and proofreading abilities.
Ability to work on-site in Lagos, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
