    Head of Media, Branding and Communication

    We are seeking an experienced Head of Media, Branding and Communication to lead our media, public relations, corporate communications, and digital engagement functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that strengthen our brand, enhance stakeholder engagement, and drive positive public perception.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement the Company's media and communication strategy.
    • Lead corporate communications, public relations, and brand management initiatives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses and key stakeholders.
    • Oversee the development of press releases, speeches, newsletters, and other corporate communication materials.
    • Manage the Company's digital communication and social media platforms.
    • Coordinate media coverage for corporate events, product launches, and special projects.
    • Lead crisis communication and reputation management efforts.
    • Ensure consistent application of the Company's brand identity across all communication channels.
    • Supervise and mentor the Media and Communication team.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in media, corporate communications, public relations, or brand management.
    • At least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong media relations and stakeholder management experience.
    • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic communication initiatives.
    • Experience in digital media and social media management.
    • Membership of relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.

    Cinematographer

    Job Summary

    The Cinematographer will be responsible for planning, shooting, and producing engaging video content that highlights our real estate developments, property listings, client testimonials, company events, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, expertise in camera operation, and a passion for creating visually stunning content.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Film property listings, walkthroughs, and aerial/drone footage across Abuja and surrounding areas
    • Edit footage into polished videos for listings, social media, and marketing campaigns
    • Handle colour grading and audio mixing to ensure broadcast-quality output
    • Collaborate with the marketing/media team to execute content briefs on schedule
    • Manage and maintain all camera and production equipment
    • Deliver content in required formats and within agreed timelines
    • Plan and execute professional video shoots for property listings, project sites, and company events.
    • Capture cinematic footage using cameras, drones, gimbals, and other production equipment.
    • Edit and produce high-quality videos optimized for social media, websites, and digital advertising.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in cinematography, videography, or video production.
    • Proven experience as a Videographer with a strong portfolio (real estate or property content is an advantage)
    • Proficiency in video editing software — Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
    • Experience with professional camera systems and stabilization equipment (gimbal, tripod, etc.)
    • Drone operation experience is a plus
    • Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and storytelling
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Based in Abuja or willing to relocate.
