About the Role

• We’re looking for an experienced Shopify Website Manager to manage and maintain an existing Shopify store on a monthly retainer basis.
• This role is not for building new Shopify websites from scratch. It is strictly for someone who understands how Shopify works behind the scenes and can keep a live store stable, optimized, and running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Ongoing management and maintenance of an existing Shopify store
• Making front-end updates using Liquid, HTML, and CSS
•  Troubleshooting Shopify theme and layout issues
•  Managing and updating apps, settings, and integrations
•  Ensuring site stability, performance, and basic security best practices
•  Implementing design or layout changes when required
•  Coordinating with the business owner or agency on updates and fixes

Requirements

• Proven experience managing live Shopify websites
• Strong understanding of Shopify Liquid
• Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience working with Shopify themes and theme customization
• Familiarity with Shopify apps and third-party integrations
• Able to work independently and deliver updates reliably

Nice to Have

• Experience working with multiple Shopify stores
• Familiarity with Shopify performance optimization
• Experience working on retainer or ongoing support contracts
• Basic understanding of e-commerce best practices

About the Role

• We’re looking for a fast, creative, entry-level Video Editor & Motion Graphics Assistant who can produce short-form content quickly and independently.

This role is perfect for someone who:

• Works very fast
• Loves creating Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form videos
• Can think creatively without being micromanaged
• Is comfortable using CapCut, Adobe tools, and Canva
• Enjoys text-based videos, animations, and motion graphics
• Can come up with content ideas and basic copy on their own
• If you take days to edit short videos, this role is not for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Editing Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Videos
• Creating text-to-video content and animated videos
• Adding motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and effects
• Repurposing long content into short-form clips
• Designing simple graphics when needed 
• Occasionally writing short captions or on-screen text for videos
• Working with minimal supervision and clear deadlines

Tools You Must Be Comfortable With

• CapCut
• Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
• Canva (Team collaboration) Optional
