    Shift Manager

    Location: Lugbe, Abuja (FCT)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Staff Supervision: Delegate tasks, assign roles, monitor performance, train, and motivate staff.
    • Customer Service: Ensure high-quality service, handle complaints, and resolve guest issues effectively.
    • Operations Management: Oversee daily activities, ensure adherence to policies, manage reservations, and handle opening/closing procedures.
    • Inventory & Quality Control: Monitor stock, place orders, ensure food quality, and maintain health/safety standards.
    • Administrative Duties: Prepare shift reports, manage cash handling, and reconcile registers.

    Essential Skills & Qualifications

    • Leadership: Ability to motivate, delegate, and build a strong team.
    • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for staff and customers.
    • Problem-Solving: Quick and effective resolution of challenges.
    • Experience: Prior supervisory experience in food service is usually required.
    • Knowledge: Understanding of food safety, company policies, and basic computer skills.
    • Physical Ability: Capable of standing for long periods and lifting items.

    Restaurant General Manager

    Location: Lugbe, Abuja (FCT)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operations: Oversee all daily activities, from opening to closing, ensuring smooth workflow.
    • Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and motivate employees; resolve conflicts.
    • Customer Service: Greet guests, handle inquiries, manage complaints, and build rapport to ensure satisfaction.
    • Financial Management: Manage budgets, track sales, control costs, minimize expenses, and report performance.
    • Inventory & Supplies: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, manage vendors, and control waste.
    • Compliance: Enforce health, safety, sanitation, and company policies (e.g., cash handling).
    • Marketing: Implement promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.

    Typical Duties Include:

    • Creating staff rotas.
    • Designing menus (sometimes).
    • Ensuring food quality and presentation.
    • Reporting to upper management.

    Essential Skills & Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
    • Proven management / leadership experience.
    • Strong financial acumen and business knowledge.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

    Salary
    N120,000 - N170,000 / Month.
