KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing all Buckler Systems digital platforms.
• Supports the Business Development Executive in marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
• Manages company image through various media in a cohesive way to achieve marketing goals.
• Streamline company social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media platforms) ensuring uniform content.
• Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
• Keeps up to date all BOS social media platforms, as well as websites.
• Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages.
• Grows and expands company social media and ecommerce presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Researches and monitors activity of company competitors.
• Customer engagement with a focus on customer service on company social media accounts.
• Respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, promotions and competitions.
• Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
• Increase organically the number of followers and likes and tangible interactions on company social media accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Talk staff or clients through a series of actions to help set up systems or resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Support the roll-out of new applications.
• Create and Manage company’s website.
• Provide network services for company’s CCTV cameras.
• Performs research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Create B.S engaging content weekly (e.g., original text, photos, videos and news)
• Keeps up to date all B.S social media platforms, as well as websites
• Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages
• Grows and expands company social media and ecommerce presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms e.g LinkedIn
• Researches and monitors activity of competitor companies
• Able to analyze landing page performance and behavior of users on website
• Identify competitor keywords and match it accordingly
• Customer engagement with a focus on customer service on company social media accounts
• Responds to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Prepare monthly internet marketing campaign
• Provide design support in creating product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, promotions and competitions
• Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
• Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
• Performs any other duties as assigned by the Line Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedurs, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes.
• Review the quality of all materials, ensure compliance with all projects specifications and quality, and collaborate with necessary departments for materials procurement and quality materials.
• Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinates with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
• Monitor an efficient system, record all projects activities, and analyze all processes to ensure all work meet quality requirements
• Manage all work methods, maintain knowledge of quality assurance standards, monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all operations.
• Create checklist and test plan based on projects specification
• Coordinates all QC activities with the operations manager
• Oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specification and quality management systems (QMS) requirements
• Implement risk-based inspection (RBI) activities and processes using API 580 and other similar programs to develop internal standard practices
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and radiographs 
• Determining the causes of products defects and proferring advance solutions
