    Senior Regional Banker

    Responsibilites

    • To oversee the daily operations of all branches in your assigned territory
    • Provide leadership for the region you oversee
    • Manage the sales and service operations
    • Help the bank finance major loans
    • Work with teams at each department and branch to drive growth in the bank's products and services
    • Help coach employees
    • Implement changes
    • Ensure regulatory compliance
    • Directly oversee branch managers, who are responsible for individual bank branches across any region as assigned by management.
    • Evaluate KPI reports
    • Carry out other functions as stipulated by the management

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 10-12 years of prior Banking experience with at least 6 years in a managerial capacity
    • Relevant leadership and managerial training
    • Master's Degree in Banking, Economics, Accounting,or a related field
    • Must be a resident of Abuja and its environs

    Female Retail Store Representative

    Job Description

    • Our client is in need of a Retail Representative/Cashier for a Beauty Retail store. As a Retail Representative, you will be responsible for retail operations in our store, which includes meeting your store retail team goal and retail service targets.

    Job Responsibilities

    • It is your responsibility to create an enjoyable customer experience that exceeds customary standards and service levels
    • Traveling to other store locations if need to be to pick up retail inventory from other store locations
    • Liaise with any relevant authority to ensure smooth retail operations in the store
    • Meet and exceed sales targets of the store per time
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and consistent sales conversion
    • Request for inventory for products out of stock

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with at least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing.
    • Experience working in a retail store. Particularly an FMCG
    • Strong sales acumen
    • Candidate should possess strong leadership skills
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
