    Senior Marketing Manager - Fintech

    Position Overview:

    • We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing activities while managing key client relationships. This role requires a confident leader overseeing end-to-end marketing initiatives, driving strategic planning, and ensuring seamless execution. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and key clients to deliver impactful marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
    • Oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring brand consistency and business impact.
    • Take ownership of all marketing activities, including digital, content, branding, and offline channels.
    • Develop and maintain a marketing calendar, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
    • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
    • Oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and a clear understanding of client requirements.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients and contribute to business development efforts.
    • Supervise the execution of marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals and expectations.
    • Provide leadership and direction to creative teams, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
    • Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and provide coaching and feedback to foster professional development.
    • Lead and mentor account teams, offering guidance and support in client interactions and project execution.
    • Manage client budgets and financial aspects of projects, ensuring profitability and adherence to financial targets.
    • Ensure the efficient allocation of marketing resources to maximize impact and return on investment.
    • Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
    • Ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing services, meeting or exceeding agreed-upon standards.
    • Regularly audit marketing initiatives to identify gaps and areas for optimization.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Manager, Client Services Director, or equivalent role within a Fintech space - Compulsory
    • Strong background in interpreting client briefs and translating them into actionable creative strategies.
    • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
    • Expertise in marketing strategy, campaign management, and creative execution.
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and drive results.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

    Sales Specialist - Telecoms/Logistics

    Job Description:

    • The Sales specialist primary function is driving new and upsell sales to foster revenue growth. The selected candidate will also be responsible for building relationships (client acquisition) and gaining new market share in their given sector and territory.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive sales to meet set target and identify new business opportunities for revenue growth. • Manage relationships for assigned accounts and upsell to grow the company’s sales/revenues.
    • Serve as the primary customer contact for all account management matters (technical and business issues) to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Leverage existing relationships with partners and customers to generate new business opportunities.
    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline/ sales account planning.
    • Proper analytics, reporting of sales forecast and key account metrics.
    • Clearly communicate progress on sales initiatives to internal stakeholders.
    • Ensure customer data and pipeline is updated daily.
    • Keep up to date with the market and provide advisory to the business as required

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
    • 8+ years of progressive experience in Sales and Business Development within the automobile, logistics or telecoms sector is preferred.
    • B2B enterprise sales experience is a must
    • Ability to identify, negotiate and close deals
    • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • CRM and MS Office proficiency
