    Senior Marketing Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Support the planning, execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR and other media platforms.
    • Work closely with the design, content, and partnerships teams to create cohesive brand messages.
    • Develop marketing briefs and strategies for new launches, talent campaigns and events collaborations.
    • Analyze campaign performance data and prepare reports with actionable insights.
    • Contribute creative concepts and campaign ideas tailored to entertainment and youth culture audiences.
    • Manage content calendars and coordinate deliverables with internal teams and external partners.
    • Support influencer campaigns and brand activations, including on-site event support when needed.
    • Stay updated with marketing trends, social media shifts, and industry best practices.
    • Great undertanding of Social media including Youtube and Tiktok.
    • DigitalMarketing Knowledge.
    • Music Marketing, Content Planning and Strategy.

    Skills:

    • Solid understanding of audience engagement strategies
    • Ability to plan, implement and track marketing campaigns (email, social media, influencer, experiential etc)
    • Strong content development skills for social media, web, email and press.
    • Experience supporting brand activations, artist launches andcontent releases.
    • Competence in analyzing metrics and using data to optimize marketing efforts.
    • Strong communication and creative thinking ability.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Creative Agency Senior Manager

    Job Description

    • Lead and manage end-to-end execution of brand campaigns, partnershipsand activations.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between the agency and clients, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
    • Oversee the strategy, planning and execution of marketing and media campaigns.
    • Coordinate efforts across design, production, digital and influencer teams to meet campaign objectives.
