Objectives

• Establish a financial talent echelon and cultivate a reserve of future, financial managers and financial directors
• Enable management trainees to have an in-depth understanding of the core financial processes of financial institutions (reconciliation, taxation, regulatory reports, cost control)

Talent Profile of Recruitment Targets
Hard conditions

• Bachelor's or master's degrees in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration,etc
• 0-2 years of experience (Internship experience is acceptable)
• Those with study experience in ACCA/ICAN/CPA are preferred

• Strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility
• High integrity standards (involving cash, accounting, auditing, and taxation)
