    Senior Investment Associate

    What will you do?

    • This position is responsible for supporting the All On impact investment deal delivery and investee management, with a focus on structured credit solutions for new investee companies.
    • The Analyst will be involved in every stage of a transaction, including, but not limited to financial modelling, market research, due diligence, term sheet drafting and negotiations, investment committee memorandums, closings, and implementation of monitoring and evaluation framework.
    • S/he will work in a high-energy environment under the supervision of the All On Investment Manager.

    Responsibilities
    Candidate will be required to do the following:

    • Leverage (and grow) personal and professional networks to originate deals in the off-grid energy sector in Nigeria.
    • Process deals through approval and closing by:
      • Performing in-depth market research and counterparty due diligence.
      • Planning, structuring and executing complex commercial financial transactions.
      • Drafting of the various documents required for the deal approval process – including the deal narrative, risks, justification, and deal economics.
      • Financial modeling of investment opportunities with risked outcomes based on multiple scenarios.
      • Assessing historical financial statements of potential investees to enhance understanding of historical corporate performance and probability of the success of the proposed business model.
      • Proposing investment instruments and related terms of financing to be deployed for each opportunity.
      • Drafting and negotiating term sheets with counterparties based on the direction and approvals of the governance process.
      • Undertaking financial, technical, and commercial due diligence and prepare related due diligence reports for each opportunity being developed.
    • Supporting asset management through monitoring and review of borrower reporting requirements and loan covenant compliance.
    • Providing ongoing strategic, operational, and governance support to investees in the portfolio.

    What we need from you

    • A strong investment management with 10 – 14 years’ experience in investment banks, PE & VC funds (impact or fully commercial).
    • Demonstrated experience in complex deal structuring and delivery in top tier commercial banks or Development Finance Institutions (DFIs).
    • Undergraduate degree from a reputable institution in finance, economics, mathematics, accounting, and business administration, though relevant experience is more important. Possession of an MBA and/or CFA accreditation is a plus, but not as important as possessing domain experience and expertise.
    • Solid experience in credit and/or structured finance with an energy, utility and/or social infrastructure focus or similar business deals with a proven track record of success and achievements.
    • Experience working on investments in Nigeria or similar markets.
    • Strong sense of integrity and ethics, intellectual curiosity, excellent communication and a strong sense of ownership.

    Communications Professional

    What will you do?

    • As a Communications Professional at All On, you will play a key role in shaping and amplifying the organization’s voice across internal and external platforms, telling our impact story.
    • You will work within the Communications and Partnerships team to deliver impactful messaging and ensure consistent brand representation. You will work in a high-energy, impact-driven environment.

    Responsibilities
    The selected candidate will be required to do the following:

    • Content Creation & Management: Develop and implement a quarterly content calendar, design engaging content for social media, website, events, and campaigns, and manage All On’s content and asset library. Ensure all events and activities are documented through photos and videos.
    • Website Management: Collaborate with the digital/web team to keep the website updated with relevant information, conduct monthly reviews to remove outdated content, and quarterly updates to highlight key information.
    • Internal Communications: Partner with other departments and SCiN to align messaging with business goals. Design and execute internal engagement activities, improve internal brand perception, and promote All On’s achievements on company platforms.
    • External Communications: Manage All On’s social media channels, grow engagement based on set targets, monitor analytics, and facilitate sponsored campaigns. Distribute press releases, amplify content across digital platforms, and produce branded collateral for stakeholders.
    • Events & Campaign Support: Coordinate All On’s participation in conferences, workshops, and sector events. Support speech and presentation preparation, secure sponsorship opportunities, and ensure maximum visibility and impact at events.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships and engagement with media, partners, board members, and beneficiaries to strengthen All On’s ecosystem.
    • Marketing Operations: Track and report analytics monthly, develop communication and campaign plans, manage vendor processes, and maintain a quarterly event calendar for team alignment.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform investment decisions and the provision of top-quality strategic guidance to All On’s investee companies.
    • Perform any other work-related duties as may be assigned to you.

    Requirements
    What we need from you:

    • We are seeking a seasoned communications professional with a strong track record of delivering impactful strategies and content across diverse platforms.
    • The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to help amplify All On’s mission and brand.
    • A Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. Advanced certifications or postgraduate qualifications are a plus but not mandatory.
    • Specifically, we’re looking for someone with:
      • A minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing.
      • Experience in energy, impact investment, or development sectors are an added advantage but not mandatory.
    • Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies across digital, print, and multimedia platforms, including social media, websites, and campaigns.
    • Exceptional ability to craft compelling narratives, press releases, and thought leadership pieces that resonate with diverse audiences.
    • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms, analyzing engagement metrics, and driving growth through targeted campaigns.
    • Experience coordinating high-profile events, managing media relations, and engaging with partners, boards, and beneficiary communities.
    • Ability to design and implement internal engagement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and brand perception.
    • Familiarity with content management systems, basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
