    • The Senior HR Manager iis responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, talent development, compliance, and HR strategy development. This role is particularly focused on managing outsourced functions and staff to ensure they align with the organization's objectives.

    Key Responsibilities
    Outsourced Staff Management:

    • Collaborate with outsourcing partners to ensure smooth and effective management of outsourced functions and staff.
    • Monitor and assess the performance of outsourced teams to ensure they meet service-level agreements and key performance indicators.

    Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Lead the recruitment and selection process for in-house staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and qualifications.
    • Develop and oversee an effective onboarding process to integrate new employees seamlessly into the organization.

    Talent Development:

    • Implement talent development strategies, including training and development programs to enhance the skills and competencies of employees.

    • The Head of Retail is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing and coordinating all retail operations, including managing partner stores, sales promoters, and Regional Sales Managers across multiple regions. This role plays a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, maintaining partner relationships, and ensuring consistent performance across the retail network.

    Key Responsibilities
    Retail Strategy and Planning:
