    Senior Accounts Manager

    Location: Surulere, Lagos
    Industry: Financial Services

    Summary

    • Incumbent is responsible to achieve sales target assigned for respective financial year on quarterly basis.
    • Monitor and drive all sales activities from creating opportunities on Commercial and Enterprise Business Unit.
    • Align and coordinate with Commercial Business Unit team and Enterprise Business Unit team and to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction, leveraging on sustained existing customer, create new customers and OEM network as well as generating new networks on a quarterly basis.
    • He / she is responsible for team members’ capacity building, professional growth, management feedback in addition to effective supervision of all administrative tasks related to sales.

    Responsibilities

    • Achieve agreed Sales Target.
    • Build and manage long-term business relationships at C’ level in all the accounts.
    • Manage accounts directly, build, nurture and deliver assigned business from those accounts.
    • Developing new sales opportunities and help sales team achieve their targets.
    • Supervise Sales Executives to ensure improved productivity and exceed sales target.
    • Participate in OEM and Client events.
    • Write OEM Sales Certifications
    • Prepare reports on all accounts and transactions.
    • Work closely with Sales Executives to track account targets and monitor sales.
    • Ensure all Sales Executives are up-to-date professionally via one- on- one/team’s meetings and formal training sessions.
    • Provide continuous feedback and mentoring support.
    • Ensure orders have the correct prices, discounts, product numbers and delivered according to customer’s specifications.
    • Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
    • Training sales staff and ensuring staff meet their quotas and goals.
    • Managing budgets for travel expense
    • Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
    • At least 10 years proven experience in a sales position
    • Good network within OEMs (Cisco / HPE / Nutanix / VMware / DELLEMC // Fortinet / PaloAlto /  Microfocus, etc.
    • Good Distributors / Suppliers’ network
    • Knowledge of sales metrics.

    General Service Manager

    Job Summary

    • The role is responsible for providing leadership and best practices in managing facilities, office supplies, security and resource conservation, maintenance, support services and fleet operations.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Provide overall direction, leadership, management, and communication for the General Services department.
    • Develop and Implementing General Services objectives, policies and procedures that promote individual and departmental efficiency.
    • Responsible for all milestones, overall General Services performance.
    • Establishes and oversees an inventory control system for materials, supplies, and parts required for the efficient operations of the General Services Department; track costs and maintain a database of inflow and outflow of GS operations.
    • Ensure all facilities and fleet management activities are conducted in line with the Company’s policies and procedures.
    • Ensuring that all staff complies with HSE guidelines while on any of the company’s facilities.
    • Prepare weekly/periodic reports on the status of facilities, activities of staff, fleet, security, administration, and other related matters.
    • Supervises support staff; establish General Services priorities and assign daily tasks; periodically monitor General Services staff performance and provide feedback for improvement and staff development; recommend merit increase and disciplinary action.
    • Conduct periodic unannounced property inspections regularly including weekends to determine the performance of key service providers like janitors, security, technicians, etc.
    • Identify the risks and opportunities which can have an impact on the General Services performance. Define the actions required to mitigate the risks and trigger the opportunities.
    • Perform any other duties that may be assigned.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or related fields.
    • Minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience on the role or related role
    • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.
    • Ability to command the respect of staff through knowledge of work, personal and professional conduct.
    • Membership of relevant professional bodies (e.g., PMP, CIPMN etc) is required.
    • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent working knowledge of Odoo ERP System.
    • Hands-on experience in project and facilities management.

    Technical Manager

    Location: Apapa, Lagos

    Job Description

    • Develops, supervises and manages preventative maintenance (pm) plans, timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance work, repairs and modifications to buildings, installations and equipment so that the technical operating resources for the terminal are in good condition and continue to guarantee the continuity of the operational processes.
    • Responsible for the overall preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs and modifications to all terminal facilities which include Spheres, Piping systems, Valves, Pumps, Generators, Firefighting systems, Weighbridges, Meters, Access Control Systems, Manual and Electrical control systems, PLC, UPS, Buildings, CCTV and communication equipment, and to the Jetty at the Terminal.
    • Maintains an inventory of critical spare parts. 
    • Manages preventative and corrective maintenance activity with due regard to industry best practices, manufacturers recommendations and/or standards. 
    • Manages the M&R Department, both as regards to the staff, contractors and other third parties.
    • Continuous development of a maintenance strategy for the terminal that is focused on the future, maximizing equipment uptime and reducing unplanned downtime.
    • Ensures that the technical operating resources for the terminal organisation are in good condition and continue to guarantee the continuity of the operational processes.

    Requirements

    • University Graduate preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
    • Minimum of 5 years work experience gained in a comparable job preferably in the LPG industry.
    • Experience in the field of maintenance management in a technical industrial environment.
    • Considerable experience of managing staff and team.
    • Considerable project management experience
