Job Summary:

• We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, visitors, and hospital property. The role requires professionalism, alertness, and the ability to respond effectively to security situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the safety and security of patients, staff, visitors, and hospital property.
• Control access to hospital premises and monitor entry and exit points.
• Patrol hospital buildings and surrounding areas to prevent theft, vandalism, or disturbances.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarm situations.
• Enforce hospital rules, policies, and safety procedures.
• Assist in crowd control and manage visitor movement when necessary.
• Report and document security incidents accurately and promptly.
• Cooperate with hospital management and law enforcement agencies when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification.
• Previous experience in a security role, preferably in a hospital or similar environment.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies.
• Good observation, communication, and reporting skills.
• Physically fit and able to carry out patrol duties.
• Basic knowledge of safety and emergency response procedures is an added advantage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services, ensuring the proper maintenance of assigned vehicles, and supporting hospital operations through timely and professional driving services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport patients, staff, and authorized personnel to designated locations as required.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off schedules are strictly followed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicles at all times.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any faults or maintenance needs.
• Ensure that all vehicle documents, licenses, and permits are valid and up to date.
• Adhere strictly to road safety regulations and hospital transportation policies.
• Assist with loading and offloading of items when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance logs.
• Respond promptly to emergency transport needs when assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE qualification.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and trade test
• At least 5 years driving experience, preferably in a hospital or corporate setting.
• Good knowledge of road networks and traffic regulations.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to remain calm and professional, especially during emergency situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
