Qualifications and Experience required

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Design, Business, or equivalent).
• Postgraduate degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• 4–15+ years of relevant professional experience, depending on role level (Junior, Intermediate, Specialist, or Consultant).
• Must have completed NYSC
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing team dynamics
• Experience working in enterprise-scale digital, IT, or technology environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery (Scrum / Kanban), and cross‑functional collaboration
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and delivery‑focused mindset.

• Develop and maintain performance testing scripts and scenarios.
• Analyze system bottlenecks and recommend optimization improvements.
• Monitor system performance metrics and application response times.
• Collaborating with Developers, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams.
• Support nonfunctional testing and release readiness activities.
• Produce performance reports and test result documentation.
• Ensure applications meet enterprise performance benchmarks and SLAs.

• The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centric, and visually engaging digital experiences across enterprise-scale technology platforms.
