Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all recruitment activities for all categories of employees.
• Develop, implement, and manage staff performance in line with the company’s policy.
• Complete periodic reconciliation of benefits and payroll records.

Requirements:

• HND/B.Sc. in Social Sciences
• A HR certification from any of the CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, NIM, or NITAD is desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
