    Sales Trainer – Mobile Installment (BNPL)

    Position Overview

    • The Sales Trainer will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for Sales Agents and Field Supervisors responsible for selling Flexi’s Mobile Installment product in Shops locations nationwide. 
    • This role ensures that all sales personnel possess the right skills, product understanding, sales process knowledge, and customer service competence needed to achieve aggressive acquisition and revenue targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct onboarding and refresher training for Sales Agents (SA), Sales Managers (SM),
    • and Regional Managers (RM).
    • Identify skill gaps and develop training interventions to improve sales performance.
    • Design and develop training materials, including Training manuals, PowerPoint
    • presentations, SOPs and work guidelines, Sales scripts and pitch guides, Assessment and
    • certification tests.
    • Facilitate classroom, virtual, and field-based training sessions.
    • Coach and mentor sales teams to improve product knowledge, customer engagement,
    • and closing skills.
    • Train employees on company policies, compliance requirements, and operational
    • procedures.
    • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, field observations, and
    • performance tracking.
    • Analyze sales performance data and recommend improvement plans for low-
    • performing teams.
    • Support new product launches by developing and delivering product training.
    • Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions for supervisors and regional trainers.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Management teams to align training programs
    • with business objectives.
    • Prepare training reports, attendance records, and post-training performance
    • evaluations.
    • Ensure consistent training standards across all regions and sales channels.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Education, or related discipline.
    • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in sales training, field sales coaching, or commercial capability development—preferably within MFB, fintech, telecoms, or consumer lending sectors.
    • Proven track record in training high-volume retail sales teams or promoter networks.
    • Strong knowledge of consumer credit, BNPL models, or mobile device financing.
    • Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage large groups.
    • Strong field coaching ability—comfortable spending significant time at retail outlets.
    • Proximity to Ikeja, Lagos.
    • Preferred Skills
    • Knowledge of micro-lending processes, credit risk basics, and KYC/AML requirements.
    • Familiarity with smartphone retail operations (3C Hub, Slot, Tecno, Infinix, etc.).
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, LMS platforms, and digital training tools.
    • Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and interpersonal communication skills.

    Field Verification Officer

    Job Description

    • The Field Verification Officer will be responsible for conducting on-site verification of merchants and loan applicants, confirming business locations, and ensuring accuracy of information provided during the loan application process.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct physical visits to verify merchant and customer locations
    • Confirm authenticity of business operations and provided information
    • Document findings and submit accurate verification reports
    • Support loan processing by ensuring verification timelines are met
    • Escalate discrepancies or suspicious findings

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc
    • Must reside in Imo or Akwa-Ibom State
    • Must be willing to work in the field
    • Good communication and observation skills
    • Ability to follow instructions and submit accurate reports.

    Sales Merchandiser

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Merchandiser will be responsible for identifying and onboarding customers for loan products, particularly within markets and small business environments.
    • This is a field-based role that involves daily customer engagement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Approach and engage potential customers in markets and business areas
    • Educate customers on available loan products and benefits
    • Assist customers with loan applications and onboarding process
    • Meet daily and weekly loan disbursement targets.

    Requirements

    • No prior experience required (training will be provided)

    • Candidates must either reside in Lagos State (Ikorodu, Ifako Ijaiye), Ogun State (Sango, Abeokuta), Oyo (Ibadan), Osun or Abuja.

    Quality Assurance Operations Support Personnel

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support quality assurance reviews and process audits
    • Monitor compliance with operational procedures and standards
    • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for staff
    • Track training attendance, assessments, and feedback
    • Prepare reports on quality trends and training effectiveness

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
    • 0-1 year experience in operations, training, quality assurance, customer service, or related roles
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Good organizational and coordination abilities
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • High attention to detail and willingness to learn
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
