    Sales Support Officer

    Duties

    • Proactively discover and research industry opportunities; prove market demand for products/ services
    • Identify and qualify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services to management
    • Uncover market challenges that will prevent product adoption and suggest solutions
    • Qualify leads from market research
    • Measure marketing campaigns; ensure results generate sales opportunities
    • Contact clients through cold calls and emails; grow relationship
    • Create presentations for the company that will empower sales efforts
    • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction; communicate qualified prospects to sales team
    • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
    • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Executives
    • Present competitive analysis and market intelligence
    • Report independent research and sales results (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
    • Stay up-to-date with new products/services offered in the market and develop pricing/business models
    • Perform other duties as directed by the Chief Executive Officer and reporting manager

    Graphics Designer

    Requirements

    • Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
    • Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with multiple teams, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
    • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
    • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials
    • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
    • Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout
    • Perform retouching and manipulation of images
    • Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately
    • Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities
    • Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video
    • Create, maintain and vet templates for brand materials used for external and internal use such as presentation slides, letterhead etc.
    • Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines

    Training Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Analyse our partner’s training needs, research, and develop a suitable curriculum.
    • Researching, planning, organizing, and conducting training programs, seminars, and webinars for our clients, employees, and partners.
    • Work with the employees and managers to develop specific training that meets the training needs.
    • Providing quality assurance on all training exercises.
    • Development of reporting for measurement of training needs and results.
    • Writing materials for new training programs; reviewing, evaluating, and modifying existing and proposed programs; recommending appropriate changes.
    • Assisting with the preparation of various training programs, scheduling the appropriate zoom meeting room, and preparing the online meeting set-up.
    • Providing reporting for Training related activities.
    • Administering and evaluating training program qualification tests and determining the eligibility of prospective attendees.
    • Preparing and distributing training aids such as instructional material, hand-outs, evaluation forms, and visual aids; setting up training equipment and making presentations when necessary.
    • Coordinating, compiling, and recording Post Training evaluation reports, for relevant references.
