    Sales Retention Specialist

    Job Summary

    • You will be required to develop strong relationships with customers, respond to clients queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
    • In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Operations, Finance, Customer Experience departments) to improve the entire sales experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure at least 95% Retention on all assigned Active Businesses.
    • Provide biweekly feedback loop to know the quality of service, pain-points and areas of improvement which will also serve as a KPI for the team involved and amplify the Key Account management engagement.
    • Improve Client Relationship & Drive Retention
    • Ensure Morning and Evening Trip completion with Operations daily
    • Ensure prompt resolutions to issues on all accounts assigned
    • Prepare utility report and recollection of revenue for service rendered.
    • Compile reports on account progress
    • Support account growth by asking for more routes from existing clients; ensure a minimum growth of 5% every quarter
    • Handle Charter requests
    • Visit clients once a month
    • Proactively communicate potential challenges and resolution of it.
    • Align with internal stakeholders and feedbacks by clients.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 4 - 8 years work experience.
    • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Retention Specialist or relevant role
    • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
    • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
    • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
    • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Supply Acquisition Specialist

    Job Summary

    • The Supply Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for implementing all aspects of the company’s supply acquisition strategy to meet our revenue growth objectives.
    • You will also be responsible for achieving established revenue targets aligned with acquiring strategic bus partners within your assigned territory.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research to identify bus partner possibilities and evaluate partner needs.
    • Actively seek out new supply opportunities to increase Shuttler’s fleet base.
    • Negotiate and manage strategic fleet partnerships.
    • Oversee and manage the process of onboarding new bus partners with Operations Team
    • Strategize and prioritize our bus partner acquisition pipeline
    • Communicate regularly with Management Team according to specific, team-based metrics/KPIs
    • Conduct weekly supply acquisition team meetings to identify and share best practices, lead sharing, and training.
    • Execution of strategic acquisition plans and implementation of tactical initiatives that align with Shuttler’s overall bus partner acquisition strategy.
    • Meeting and exceeding acquisition sales objectives and revenue targets assigned by management.
    • Implement and manage bus partner programs to maximize opportunities for revenue and market share growth.
    • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

    Role Attributes
    Process Orientation:

    • Demonstrate understanding and follow the established processes for sales engagement at Shuttlers.

    Communication:

    • Provide detailed reports on interactions with customers to the sales team.

    Stakeholder Management:

    • Directly report relevant information about sales operations to senior leadership of the sales team.

    Leadership:

    • Lead self by owning all assigned tasks and delivering within agreed timelines

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, sales, or related field.
    • Over 5 years of experience in sales or any related field.
    • 3+ year’s experience managing a highly productive sales and partner acquisition team.
    • Exceptional multi-tasking, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to build relationships across partner teams and at every level within an organization.
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
    • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
    • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
    • High learning velocity and passion for sales
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
