The Sales Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Pharmacy sales team with day-to-day operations, managing customer service requests, communicating with clients, handling invoicing processes, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field
1–2 years’ experience in a customer-facing operations or sales-support role (tech or distribution preferred)
Proficient with CRMs (Freshsales, Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Clear, professional communicator—able to draft polished emails and update stakeholders succinctly
Problem-solver mindset: comfortable identifying inefficiencies and driving small-scale process changes
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Marketing located in Lagos, The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing teams, conducting market research, planning marketing campaigns, driving sales, and managing public relations efforts. The role demands coordinating with various departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
8+ years in marketing leadership roles, preferably within health-tech, pharmacy, or FMCG in Africa.
Proven track record of designing and scaling data-driven acquisition funnels (CAC < $X, LTV > $Y).
Strong command of digital tools: Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), CRM.
Exceptional storytelling skills—ability to translate complex healthcare data into compelling narratives.
Demonstrated experience managing P&L, budgets of ≥$200K/year, and negotiating agency/vendor contracts.
Deep understanding of the Nigerian healthcare ecosystem, regulatory environment, and consumer behaviors.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
