The Sales Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Pharmacy sales team with day-to-day operations, managing customer service requests, communicating with clients, handling invoicing processes, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role will require close collaboration with different departments to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field
1–2 years’ experience in a customer-facing operations or sales-support role (tech or distribution preferred)
Proficient with CRMs (Freshsales, Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Clear, professional communicator—able to draft polished emails and update stakeholders succinctly
Problem-solver mindset: comfortable identifying inefficiencies and driving small-scale process changes
