    Sales Manager (Cybersecurity and Tech Solution)

    Responsibilties

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the financial services sector.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with banks, microfinance institutions, fintech companies, and other financial organizations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Risk & Compliance Officers).
    • Present, promote, and sell cybersecurity and technology solutions tailored to client needs.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose customized solutions.
    • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure.

    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.

    Medical Equipment Sales Technician

    Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities
    • Demonstrate proper use, functionality, and benefits of medical equipment to clients
    • Provide technical support and basic troubleshooting for installed equipment

    General Manager (Refractory Products)

    Responsibilities 

    • Oversee the overall management of the refractory products business unit, including operations, sales, procurement, and logistics
    • Develop and implement business strategies to grow market share and drive revenue targets
    • Manage relationships with key clients, contractors, and industrial partners across sectors such as steel, cement, glass, and petrochemicals
    • Monitor production processes to ensure product quality meets industry and client specifications
    • Lead procurement of raw materials and ensure cost-effective sourcing without compromising quality
    • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's footprint in the refractory market
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to refractory operations
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team to ensure high performance and accountability
    • Liaise with technical teams to resolve product or application challenges at client sites
    • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management and stakeholders

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Minimum of 6 – 10 years of experience in the refractory, industrial minerals, or related heavy industry sector
    • At least 3 – 4 years in a senior management or leadership role
    • Strong understanding of refractory materials, applications, and market dynamics
    • Excellent knowledge of HSE standards within industrial environments
    • Strong network within key refractory-consuming industries is a significant advantage.
