    Sales Manager

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven,  and highly experienced SALES MANAGER to lead our team and accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing and coaching a team of Sales Executives, cultivating key clients relationships, and consistently driving revenue targets across all channels. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. 
    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives and market opportunities. 
    • Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs and sales metrics, providing regular coaching, feedback and performance reviews.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, partnerships, and strategic prospecting.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and strategic accounts. 
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring alignment with company pricing and policies. 
    • Lead high-level negotiation and support the team in closing complex or high value deals.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns, lead generation activities amd brand messaging.
    • Analyze sales data, pipeline reports, and market trends to forecast revenue and identify areas for growth.
    • Recruit, on-board, and train new sales executives, fostering a high-performance culture within the department. 
    • Report sales performance, market intelligence, and a strategic recommendation to senior management on a regular basis.
    • Stay abreast of industry developments, competitors activities, and customer preferences to keep the team competitive. 

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; an MBA or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage. 
    • Minimum of 5-7years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a sales leadership or managerial position. 
    • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and growing revenue. 
    • Exceptional leadership, coaching and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop talent. 
    • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills at both clients and executive levels.
    • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem solving abilities. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
    • Self driven, goal oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
