    Job Brief: 

    • Job holder shall be responsible for selling the company’s products by carrying out marketing and networking activities. Overview function shall be key account management, sales & marketing, attending to existing and prospective customer’s inquiries for the establishment of new businesses. 
    • Expected to meet established weekly and monthly sales target
    • Client Key Account Management 
    • New account generation 
    • Client retention management
    • Carry out market research/ feasibility studies for reporting and market intelligence to foster sales

    Skills & Competencies

    • Good Customer Service etiquettes 
    • Passionate about sales & marketing 
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Negotiation skills
    • Vast knowledge in selling different varieties of high ended products 
    • Basic proficiency in the use of MS Office Suites. 

    Qualification:

    • BSc/BA in any relevant field 
    • A minimum of 3-5 years offline Sales/Telesales experience
    • Candidate should have proven sales experience in the real estate industry

    Internal Control Supervisor

    Location: Ota, Ogun

    Responsibilities

    • To deal with daily transactions for petty cash and ensure that reconciliations are completed on a weekly basis.
    • To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Reports to the Managing Director on all Control and Compliance issues as they arise for prompt actions to be effected.
    • Prepares and communicates periodic financial and management reports such as:
      • Stock report,
      • Weekly Sales Target Performance,
      • Production Reports (Manufacturing, Trading)
    • Yield monitoring of raw materials and production processes.
    • Reconciliation of invoices and payments.
    • Reconciliation of daily sales with sales personnel records‘
    • Reviews and appraises the soundness, effectiveness, and proper application of accounting and financial controls, compliance procedures, and controls.
    • Preparation of budgets and forecasts.
    • Serves as liaison for all external audit and regulatory agencies.
    • Any other duties assigned

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Minimum qualification of HND.
    • Minimum of 3 (Three) years working experience in a similar role.
    • Be ready and able to work within a team.
    • Have a polite, helpful manner.

    Salary
    N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.

    Service Engineer (Consumer Electronics Assemblying)

    Job Description

    • Supervisor experience in electronics manufacturing and assembling company is compulsory.

    Responsibilities

    • Overall service drive.
    • Manage Customers Local & Upcountry.
    • Manage Team Local & Upcountry.
    • Drive the team to achieve targets.
    • Support technically in case of problem-solving.
    • TAT (Turn Around Time) should be 90% <48 hours.
    • Manpower Planning.
    • Control on expenses.
    • Revenue drive.

    Specifications

    • Minimum educational standard: B.Sc / HND / OND in Electrical Electronics or relevant discipline.
    • Minimum Working Experience: 9 - 10 Years’ related experience in Consumer Electrical & electronics.

    Required Knowledge, Skills & Attitude:

    • Self-motivated and hardworking.
    • Technical Know-How of Product.
    • Maturity in Handling customer issues & Quick decision making.
    • Should be ready to make quick calls and quick visits as the emergency situation arises and needs be.
    • Must have a sense of ownership.
    • Team player and high leadership skill and result oriented.
    • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

    Salary
    N200,000 - N300,000 monthly
