    Project Procurement Officer

    Engineering Automation Technology Limited, a leading provider of engineering, construction, Instrumentation & Controls fabrication and Asset integrity solutions services in the oil & gas sector, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Procurement Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities for engineering and technical projects while ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and timely delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage procurement processes for project materials, equipment, and services.
    • Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to approved vendors.
    • Evaluate supplier quotations based on price, quality, delivery time, and compliance with technical specifications.
    • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
    • Issue and track Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of project materials.
    • Coordinate with engineering, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure procurement aligns with project timelines.

    Requirements

    • Must have graduated from a reputable higher institution in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field with a minimum of second class upper credit
    • Maximum of 0-3 Years of experience
    • Strong knowledge of procurement procedures and vendor management.
    • Experience with technical procurement and project-based purchasing.
    • Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Program (NYSC)
    • Ability to adhere to procedures and processes.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems.
    • Professional certification such as CIPS is an advantage.

    Executive Secretary/ Assistant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO
    • Manage and coordinate a complex and dynamic calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel schedules
    • Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure optimal time management for the CEO
    • Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents
    • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking
    • Handle confidential information with a high level of integrity and discretion
    • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, including senior executives and partners
    • Track action items and follow up on deliverables to ensure timely execution
    • Organize and coordinate business travel, logistics, and itineraries
    • Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address issues before they arise
    • Maintain an efficient filing and documentation system (both physical and electronic)
    • Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Maximum of 3 –8 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant/Secretary supporting senior executives, preferably CEOs in multinational organizations.
    • Ability to prioritize, follow up effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
    • Willingness to travel.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure environments and tight schedules.
    • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency and strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite and other collaborating tools.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
