    Sales Executive

    • The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, engaging clients, and delivering
    • tailored solutions within Focus Group’s technology and infrastructure offerings. The role involves both pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring successful deal closure and client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits
    • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and solution pitching to prospective clients
    • Understand client needs and propose suitable technology/infrastructure solutions
    • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and business presentations
    • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
    • Provide after-sales support and manage client feedback
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
    • Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and business meetings
    • Track and report sales performance, including weekly/monthly reports and business reviews
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies
    • Support service renewal contracts and upselling opportunities
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline
    • Handle client complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
    • Follow up on invoices and support payment collection processes

    Other Function:

    • Understanding the technical features and functionalities of the company’s products
    • Setting and completing sales targets
    • Conducting in-depth research to identify market opportunities
    • Examining the IT requirements of customers and suggesting appropriate products
    • Communicating product discounts and warranties to the customers.
    • Gathering feedback from customers and providing after-sales support whenever required
