    Sales Executive

    Job Functions / Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the achievement of the sales/revenue budget of the assigned account(s) and subsequent tasks required to manage the account and achieve the set targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, and prospects and evaluate customer needs
    • Actively generate new leads and follow up on provided leads and create sales opportunities
    • Acquire new customers, meet with prospects to understand their needs and their decision-making process criteria
    • Develop and strengthen business relationships with the assigned accounts
    • Provide value propositions, handle objections, prepare quotes and negotiate/close deals.
    • Report and provide feedback to management.
    • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
    • Selling Copier products and services for the company in order to boost profitability and increase market share.

    Requirements / Qualifications

    • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent area.
    • Proven experience/track record as a sales executive or relevant role.
    • Proficient knowledge of and experience in the printing industry, ideally with a focus on digital printing and/or self-adhesive label printing.
    • Experience in working with and achieving agreed targets.
    • Ability to work well under pressure.
    • Ability to work within various software packages, such as Microsoft
      Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills.

    Field Sales Representative(Office Machine)

    Job Description

    We are looking for a stellar, friendly, well-spoken Field Sales Representative (FSR) to join our team. As an FSR, you will assist Tenaui Africa Limited in expanding our client base. You’ll be the first line of communication between the company and prospects. As an FSR, you will share our message, build professional relationships, and generate new business for the company. You’ll also work closely with sales leaders to research and develop call strategies, messaging, and territory development.

    To be a successful FSR, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and have strong analytical skills.

     

    Job Functions/Responsibilities

    • Ability to achieve a monthly sales quota for assigned product lines.
    • Establishing the client relationship and owning the sales cycle from inception to completion.
    • Working closely with customers to answer questions and concerns pertaining to the product in a professional and pleasant manner.
    • Providing value to clients by uncovering challenges and designing creative solutions to address them.
    • Closing sales transactions.

    • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the targeted audience. Ability to identify and engage the decision-makers.

    • Having successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous.

    Market Development

    • Intensive Phone and Field Prospecting
    • Manage existing database / grow territory through prospecting

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and increase sales revenue and gross profit to meet assigned targets by developing new customers (New Business Development).
    • You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
    • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
    • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

    Work Environment

    • This position is performed in all weather conditions with 70% of work performed outside of the office and 30% of work performed inside of the office.
