    Field Sales Representative(Office Machine)

    Job Description

    We are looking for a stellar, friendly, well-spoken Field Sales Representative (FSR) to join our team. As an FSR, you will assist Tenaui Africa Limited in expanding our client base. You’ll be the first line of communication between the company and prospects. As an FSR, you will share our message, build professional relationships, and generate new business for the company. You’ll also work closely with sales leaders to research and develop call strategies, messaging, and territory development.

    To be a successful FSR, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and have strong analytical skills.

     

    Job Functions/Responsibilities

    • Ability to achieve a monthly sales quota for assigned product lines.
    • Establishing the client relationship and owning the sales cycle from inception to completion.
    • Working closely with customers to answer questions and concerns pertaining to the product in a professional and pleasant manner.
    • Providing value to clients by uncovering challenges and designing creative solutions to address them.
    • Closing sales transactions.
    • Entering orders into the company’s ordering system.
    • Ability to have a clear and meaningful dialogue with contacts at all levels of an organization, IT management, and decision-makers.

    Requirements/Qualifications

    • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business-related fields.
    • Have 3-4 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets.
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.
    • 3+ years of Software Solutions Sales experience preferred; software/printing/equipment/electronics sales may be considered.
    • Knows IT offices to sell our products e.g. software firms, IT firms/IT Technology firms.
    • Professional, outgoing, persistent, and articulate; ability to handle client interactions in a courteous manner with tact and diplomacy.
    • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the targeted audience. Ability to identify and engage the decision-makers.
    • Self-starter who works equally well independently and when collaborating with others.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines with effective time management and organizational skills.
    • Having successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous.
