    Sales Executive

    Main Function

    • The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within the renewable energy sector.
    • This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who understands the full sales cycle, is adept at relationship management, and can collaborate closely with the marketing team to convert leads into long-term customers.
    • The ideal candidate must have direct experience in the renewable energy space, be customer-focused, and possess a strong understanding of technical and commercial aspects of clean energy solutions.

    Role Responsibilities
    Sales Process Execution:

    • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
    • Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contract terms with clients.

    Collaboration with Marketing:

    • Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.
    • Convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into opportunities and provide feedback for lead refinement.

    Market Intelligence and Reporting:

    • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.

    Post-Sales Coordination:

    • Ensure proper handover to project or account management teams post-deal closure.
    • Monitor customer satisfaction and upsell additional services where applicable.

    Qualifications and Requirements
    Education and Certifications

    • A University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
    • Certifications or training in renewable energy sales or B2B selling are an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the renewable energy, clean tech, or power sectors.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical sales environment.

    Skills:
    Sales and Negotiation Expertise

    • Strong skills in prospecting, deal negotiation, and sales closure.
    • Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex decision-making processes.

    Renewable Energy Knowledge:

    • Understanding of solar, battery storage, energy efficiency, or related technologies.
    • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.

    Client and Stakeholder Management:

    • Skilled at building and maintaining customer relationships across various levels.
    • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value.

    CRM and Digital Tools Proficiency:

    • Experience with sales management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Familiarity with marketing and sales alignment processes.

    Communication and Presentation:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills for proposals, pitches, and client engagements.
    • Confident public speaker with the ability to represent the brand professionally.

    Operations Officer

    Main Function

    • The Operations Officer ensures that the Organisation operates seamlessly, offering world‑class guest experiences through excellence in service, environment, and logistics.
    • This role involves oversight of daily functions, resource coordination, team supervision, and quality assurance - all critical to maintaining the organization’s elite standards.

    Role Responsibilities

    Guest Experience & Service Management:

    • Welcome and attend to guests with warmth, courtesy, and high professionalism.
    • Monitor service standards to ensure consistency in ambience, hospitality, and guest satisfaction.

    Facilities & Ambience Maintenance:

    • Oversee setup, including seating, lighting, HVAC, and amenities to ensure a premium environment.
    • Coordinate with maintenance staff to promptly address any functional or cleanliness issues.

    Logistics & Supplies Coordination:

    • Manage supplies of various materials, including consumables.
    • Track inventory and coordinate timely re-stocking with vendors.

    Team Supervision & Scheduling:

    Production / Field Operations Officer

    Education and Certifications

    • HND in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
    • Trade certifications in aluminum fabrication, building construction, or project supervision are an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 1-3 years experience in an aluminum manufacturing or installation company.
    • Proven hands-on experience with field supervision, aluminum product handling, or technical sales.

    Chef

    Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related fields
    • 3 - 5 years of professional experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or catering establishment.
