    Job Summary

    • Cormart Nigeria Limited is expanding its Adhesive Solutions business, and we are looking for a TerritorySales Manager inAbuja (FCT).
    • We manufacture and sell Bond, PVC Glue, Sealants, and Waterproof Powder — and we need people who know their markets and know how to sell.
    • The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of Cormart's adhesive products across Abuja and the North-Central region.
    • The role combines technical product knowledge with active commercial sales, requiring the ability to engage engineers, contractors, architects, and procurement teams, demonstrate product applications on-site, and convert those relationships into consistent, growing revenue.
    • The Technical Sales Manager must be equally comfortable having technical conversations on a construction site and closing commercial deals in a procurement office.

    • Promote and sell Cormart's adhesive products.

    • Track competitor products, pricing, and activity within the region and report findings to management.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project pipeline.
    • Provide regular sales and activity reports to the National Sales Manager.
    • Provide guidance and support to Sales Executives within the North-Central axis as applicable.

    • Strong knowledge of the Eastern Nigerian market — trade dynamics, distribution channels, and key industry players.
    • Proven ability to lead a sales team, set targets, and maintain a high standard of performance accountability.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to interpret sales data and translate findings into clear commercial action.
