    Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • We are a growing business in the renewable energy sector, seeking ambitious Sales Executives to expand our market presence across Ebonyi, Edo, Abia, and Imo.
    • The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and passionate about delivering energy solutions that make a difference.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive sales of renewable energy products within assigned territory.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and end-users.
    • Ensure product visibility, availability, and proper market coverage.
    • Achieve sales targets and provide timely market and competitor insights.
    • Support promotional activities and product demonstrations when needed.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 2 – 4 years of sales or field experience (energy, electronics, or FMCG preferred).
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
    • Knowledge of the local market is an added advantage.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

    Activity Operations Specialist

    Job Description

    • We are looking for an Activity Operations Specialist to plan and coordinate events and training activities that support our installers, channel partners, and internal teams.
    • This role involves organizing programs, managing resources, and building engagement to strengthen our brand and business growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and organize activities such as training sessions, conferences, and community events.
    • Support installer engagement through training, incentives, and membership programs.
    • Coordinate resources and materials needed for activities.
    • Build and maintain good relationships with installers, EPCs, and partners.
    • Deliver basic training to partners and staff on brand, products, and sales policies.
    • Research market trends and competitors to provide useful insights.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Good problem-solving and adaptability to changing situations.
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
    • Experience in event coordination or training support is an advantage.
