This is a full-time, on-site role for a Full Stack Facilitator based in Lagos. The Full Stack Facilitator will be tasked with designing and delivering instruction in front-end and back-end development, ensuring content is engaging, practical, and up-to-date with industry standards. The role involves guiding and mentoring students, preparing curriculum materials, overseeing hands-on projects, and providing constructive feedback. Additionally, the facilitator will coordinate with other teams to enhance student experiences and maintain educational standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Front-End (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and Back-End (Node.js, Express.js, Python, Flask, or similar frameworks) development
Experience with database systems such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
Familiarity with version control systems like Git and deployment platforms such as AWS, Heroku, or Azure
Ability to create engaging course materials and deliver effective technical training
Strong communication skills and experience mentoring or facilitating learning for diverse groups
Knowledge of UI/UX best practices is an added advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in education or instructional roles is a plus
