    Field Business Developer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Acquire, onboard, and manage merchants within assigned territories
    • Drive POS and product adoption among merchants
    • Execute deployment tasks, reactivation, and margin swap activities
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards
    • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
    • Cover assigned sales territories effectively and efficiently

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Credit Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Review and evaluate loan/credit applications in line with company credit policies.
    • Conduct credit analysis, background checks, and verification of customer information.
    • Approve, recommend, or decline credit requests based on risk assessment.
    • Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
    • Prepare credit reports and maintain accurate customer credit records.
    • Identify potential credit risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

    • 1–3 years’ experience in credit analysis, lending, or related roles (fresh graduates may be considered for entry-level roles).
    • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
    • Good knowledge of credit processes and risk assessment.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial reporting tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of integrity and attention to detail.

    Human Resources (HR) Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
    • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
    • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations
    • Coordinate performance appraisal processes
    • Handle employee relations issues and disciplinary procedures

    Field Credit Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Follow up on overdue and delinquent loan accounts.
    • Conduct field visits to customers, guarantors, and business locations.
    • Negotiate repayment plans and settlements where applicable.
    • Ensure recovered funds are properly documented and remitted.
    • Maintain accurate recovery records and daily recovery reports.
    • Track recovery performance against assigned targets.
    • Escalate high-risk or chronic default cases to management.
    • Educate customers on repayment obligations and consequences of default.
    • Handle disputes and repayment challenges professionally.
    • Maintain a firm but respectful relationship with customers.
    • Ensure recovery activities comply with company policies and regulations.
    • Avoid harassment or unethical recovery practices.
    • Report suspected fraud or loan misuse promptly.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND / OND at the minimum with 2 – 3 years experience in SME Loan or Merchant Lending
    • Basic Knowledge in accounting, finance and mathematics
    • Previous work Experience or training in sales (Preferred).
