    Sales Engineer (Equipment Sales Reps)

    Job description

    • Installation, commissioning and servicing of all equipment.
    • Sales of equipment consumables
    • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance – PMP.
    • Planning and responding to crises (breakdown) service calls.
    • Daily service calls log - Response Time and Fixed Time.
    • Customer prospecting/weekly routine visits –PMP and service consumables sales drive

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

    • B.Sc./HND Degree in Electrical/Electronics

    OTHER REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

    • 2 years minimum experience in sales
    • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
    • A commitment to excellent customer service
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
    • Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook
    • Self-motivated and driven
    • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
    • Driving skill with a valid driver’s license

    Business Analyst / Business Development Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Identifying market opportunities with new and existing customers
    • Negotiating sales price, contracts and payments
    • Ensuring that sales force meet their weekly, monthly and yearly targets
    • Promotion of new products and promos
    • Advising customers on delivery schedules and after sales service
    • Provide monthly reports on sales trends per product, location and customer
    • Enhance and improve positioning and image of the brands, create unique customer experience and contribute to a positive relationship between the customer and the company
    • Develop marketing plans and generate tactics to ensure those plans are realized
    • Keep abreast of market developments
    • Review sales and market strategy and tactics for all products and services and manage the activities of territory sales forces, setting targets, monitoring schedules and implementing monitoring programs
    • Coordinate all administrative sales activities on a day to day basis
    • Ensure that sales rep perform duties with Passion, Integrity and the highest levels of Professionalism
    • Strong on Key Accounts management and keen on “On-trade engagements”
