    Sales Engineer – Electrical & Panel Solutions

    Role Overview:

    • As a Sales Engineer – Electrical & Panel Solutions, looking to join our expanding team, you'll be the crucial link between our organization and our valued industrial and commercial clients.
    • You'll focus on driving sales and business development of our electrical products and custom panel solutions.
    • This means you'll need a strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and panels to provide expertise and solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
    • Your ability to build strong customer relationships and a target-driven mindset will be paramount to your success, as will your skill in proposal and presentation development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electrical and control panel sector.
    • Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable electrical/panel solutions.
    • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
    • Generate and follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and project proposals.
    • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure solutions meet client needs.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with clients.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

    Qualifications:

    • B.Eng. / B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, especially in electrical panels. switchgears, power distribution, or automation.
    • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, MCCs, PLCs, and industrial power solutions.
    • Proven track record of sales achievements in a technical environment.
    • Proficient in preparing technical proposals and reading electrical schematics.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to travel as required.

    QA / QC Officer

    Role Overview:

    • As a QAQC Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality standards across our product lines.
    • You will focus on supporting the development, improvement, and deployment of Quality Management systems and tools, while implementing comprehensive training programs for employees.
    • Your expertise in quality assurance and your ability to resolve quality issues will be critical to maintaining product integrity and exceeding customer expectations.
    • Ensuring product quality and fostering cross-functional collaboration with engineering and management teams will be key to your success in this role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure product quality for the product line.
    • Identify problems and provide solutions.
    • Interface and coordinate with Product Engineering,
    • Project/Product Management, and Customers to resolve quality issues.
    • Participate as a Quality Team Member, handling supplier audits, training, corrective actions, and reviewing supplier performance.
    • Interface with Engineering and Welding Engineering for
    • Supplier Material and Welding Qualifications requirements.
    • Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for repetitive supplier problems.
    • Handle Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and NonConformance Reports (NCRs).
    • Investigate system procedures to evaluate root causes, recommend corrective actions, and follow up to ensure effectiveness.
    • Lead internal and external audits of Quality Systems.
    • Develop statistical sampling plans for supplier part inspections.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
    • 4-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with exposure to supplier or procurement quality, or engineering.
    • Certifications: Black Belt and/or Six Sigma preferred; ASQ Certification in Quality Engineering is also preferred.
    • Skills in statistical data analysis, inspection tools, and calibration systems.
    • Material Review Board (MRB) experience.
    • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and API Q1 standards.
    • Experience in Root Cause and Corrective Action, FMEA, and Material Review Board (MRB).
    • Interpretation of Customer requirement.

    Finance Manager

    Overview

    • As the Finance Manager at Hexagon Engineering Limited, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of the organization.
    • This role involves a broad range of responsibilities including financial planning, management, analysis, and reporting.
    • The successful candidate will ensure that the company's financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
    • Prepare balance sheets
    • Process invoices
    • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Update internal systems with financial data
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
    • Reconcile bank statements
    • Participate in financial audits
    • Track bank deposits and payments
    • Assist with budget preparation
    • Review and implement financial policies
    • Mediating tax refunds and ensuring transparency in the allocation for valid claims
    • Following up on outstanding refunds, false claims, and unclaimed refunds
    • Providing auditors with all records, documents, and files about VAT returns, VAT settlements, and transactional data
    • Working closely with other departments in the business

    Qualification

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics, Accounting, or similar.
    • Proven work experience as a Finance
    • Officer or similar role
    • Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
    • Experience using Tally and any other accounting software
    • Advanced MS Excel skills
    • Knowledge of financial regulations
    • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
    • Sharp time management skills
    • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
    • Professional qualification is considered a plus
