Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities to support revenue growth.
• Build, manage, and sustain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective business development initiatives.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor industry trends, and provide strategic feedback to management.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales and performance targets.
• Track sales performance, maintain accurate records, and submit timely reports on leads, prospects, and closed transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in marketing and business development.
• Sales and marketing experience within the financial services industry is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation, prospecting, and sales conversion abilities.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
